In this 6-week oil painting class, you’ll take a closer look at the individual facial features and learn how to paint them with greater accuracy, dimension, and realism. Through demonstrations, instruction, and hands-on painting, you’ll explore the shapes, proportions, values, edges, and subtle color variations that create convincing eyes, expressive noses, realistic mouths, and lifelike ears...and how to place them properly on the face!
Whether you’re new to portrait painting or looking to refine your skills, you’ll gain practical techniques you can immediately apply to your own paintings.
